OUR FARM
For over 60 years we have raised pigs and cattle with love and passion, and cultivated the land with dedication and tenacity, passed down from father to son.
Our company is based in Campagnola Emilia, in the province of Reggio Emilia, and our goal is to maintain as close to zero-miles as possible throughout the entire supply chain dedicated to raising, processing, and preserving our meat.
80% of the cereals used in breeding come from our crops, we personally supervise the processing of the meat and the cured meats are made by our artisan pork butcher friends from the provinces of Reggio Emilia and Parma.
And all this love for tradition and good things can be found in the dishes served at Trattoria del Macellaio. But that's not all. Even the Lambrusco Senso, which you'll find paired with the Trattoria's various menus, is produced from grapes grown in our vineyards. It doesn't get much better than this!
