I'm Luca Bertacchini

My name is Luca Bertacchini, and I am an "arsan", a true Reggio Emilia native.

What you'll taste at Trattoria del Macellaio is the fruit of decades-long tradition in the province of Reggio Emilia, a family of farmers—my family.

It is the fruit of the passion of artisans who have been working with meat for generations and of expert pork butchers, "those of the past".

And it is the fruit of my love for everything that life can give.
